Do you need to work 40 hours per week to qualify for an internship?
No. Tim's offices are flexible in scheduling work hours-especially during the school year. back to top
If I work in Washington, DC, who pays for my travel and housing costs?
It is the intern's responsibility to provide their own travel and housing. back to top
Must I be a political science major in order to intern?
Students from all academic disciplines who are interested in learning more about the federal government are encouraged to apply. back to top
What is the dress code?
When the Senate is in session, it is important for all staff to wear business attire. When the Senate is in recess, more casual attire is allowed. Interns in state offices should always dress in business attire. back to top
