Digital Talking Book Distribution Analysis

NLS awarded a contract to ManTech International Corporation in 2005 to evaluate distribution options for a digital talking book library system. The work included that options analysis and a recommended option, based on a decision matrix that used a set of fixed and variable values that applied across options.

Links to sections of that report and to a list of its 68 appendices appear at the top and bottom of each section.

The appendices are in spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel) or document (Microsoft Word) format, as appropriate to the appendix content. When you follow a link to an appendix, your computer will start the appropriate application and will open the appendix in that application.
