• Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
  
  The Defense Logistics Agency supplies the nation's military services and several civilian agencies with the critical resources they need to accomplish their worldwide missions. DLA provides wide-ranging logistical support for peacetime and wartime operations, as well as emergency preparedness and humanitarian missions.

  • Contract Management Team (CMT) Finder:  This eTool provides the ability to view the CMT for a CAGE or Contract that is in one of DCMA's contract sources (MOCAS or SICM).
    
    
DCMA works directly with suppliers to ensure that conforming supplies and services are delivered on time, at projected cost, and meet all performance requirements. DCMA contracting officers and quality assurance personnel monitor contractors' performance and management systems to ensure that cost, product performance, and delivery schedules are in compliance with the terms and conditions of the contracts.

  The Defense Logistics Information Service lookup service of the Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code system via the World Wide Web is the only source for the assignment/maintenance of CAGE Codes.
  
  
• System for Award Management (SAM)
  
  (SAM) is a free web site that consolidates the capabilities you used to find in CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. Future phases of SAM will add the capabilities of other systems used in Federal procurement and awards processes.  
  
  
• Federal Procurement Data System Next Generation (FPDS-NG)
  
  FPDS-NG offers public users unprecedented access to the spending patterns of the Federal government – with access to more than 12 million contract actions from across the Federal government.
  
  
• Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS)
  
  FAPIIS provides users access to integrity and performance information from the FAPIIS reporting module in the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), proceedings information from the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, and suspension/disbarment information from the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
  
  
• Dun & Bradstreet Reports (D&B)
  
  Dun & Bradstreet Reports provide a complete view of reports from current and future financial performances for hundreds of thousands of U.S. businesses.  
  
  
• Central Contractor Registry (CCR)
  
  Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is the primary registrant database for the U.S. Federal Government.  CCR collects, validates, stores and disseminates data in support of agency acquisition missions.
  
  
• USA Spending
  
  USAspending.gov allows searching for data relating to all Federal contracts.  
  
  
• Electronic Document Access (EDA)
  
  EDA is a web-based system that provides secure online access, storage, and retrieval of contracts, contract modifications, Government Bills of Lading (GBLs), DFAS Transactions for Others (E110), vouchers, and Contract Deficiency Reports to authorized users throughout the Department of Defense
  
  
• Funding Accountability and Transparency Act
  
  The Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act site includes all 65 data elements related to contract spending collected by the Federal Procurement Data Systems-Next Generation (FPDS-NG) from 1979 through today. It includes 33 data elements related to grants from the Federal Assistance Award Data System (FAADS) through the third quarter of 2006 and will include additional quarters of grant data as it is made available on the FAADS site.
  
  
• Interagency Suspension and Debarment Committee (ISDC)
  
  The ISDC website provides ready access to the regulations, executive orders, & case law underlying the federal government suspension, debarment & exclusion processes. It also provides points of contact with federal agencies involved in these processes.
  
  
• Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP)
  
  GIDEP is a cooperative activity between government and industry participants seeking to reduce or eliminate expenditures of resources by sharing technical information essential during research, design, development, production and operational phases of the life cycle of systems, facilities and equipment. GIDEP serves as the DoD Central Information System database for government-wide receiving and exchanging of information among agencies about nonconforming products and materials.
  
  
• Office of Naval Research
  
  ONR Regional Offices carry out award administration, indirect cost rate negotiations, business system reviews and quality assurance responsibilities. Their scope extends to the administration of contracts and grants (with educational and nonprofit institutions) issued by ONR, other Navy, Department of Defense, Army, Air Force, NASA and other federal agencies.
