Ceremonies

Ceremonies are an essential part of Army life and are steeped in tradition. 

The DPTMS Ceremonies Coordinator assists units or activities on Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield with planning, coordinating rehearsing and conducting ceremonies.

Ceremony support range from new building ground breakings, ribbon cuttings, Dedications, Change of Commands, Change of Responsibilities, Retreats, Activations and Deactivation Ceremonies, just to name a few. We will assist you in getting everything coordinated to make your Ceremony successful.

   DPTMS Ceremonies is the Point of Contact to reserve Cottrell Field and Marne Garden. We also provide equipment that units (Battalion and Higher) and activities can sign out for ceremonies or events, such as pavilion tents, 50 State Flags and folding chairs.
