"Use the Contracting & A/E Info link on the left navigation bar of this Website to find forecasts for contracting opportunities with CFM.  Design projects, with construction price and selection quarter, are listed on the A/E Contract Forecast Summary page.  The Construction Contract Forecast Summary page lists contruction projects, with price range and bid quarter, organized by project city location.  A link to FedBizOps*, where current contracts with CFM are advertised, is located on each page as well.  In the future, other contracting opportunities, such as for IDQ A/E, CM, or Claims Consultants, will also be listed.

The Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM) is responsible for the planning, design, and construction of all major construction projects greater than $10 million. In addition, CFM acquires real property for use by VA elements through the purchase of land and buildings, as well as long-term lease acquisitions. Through the construction and real property programs, CFM delivers to Veterans, high quality buildings, additions, large scale renovations, and structural enhancements. CFM also manages facility sustainability, seismic corrections, physical security, and historic preservation of VA's facilities.
