Role of TTC

• Provide guidance to intramural and extramural scientists on all technology transfer matters. For more information: TTC -Your Resource for Research Collaborations and Materials .
• Review, negotiate, and execute appropriate technology transfer agreements (including Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), Clinical Trial Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements, and Confidential Disclosure Agreements) to ensure that they are in accord with applicable laws and policies.
• Provide advice, guidance, and assistance on the development and management of intellectual property.
• Propose and implement innovative development strategies and academic and industry partnerships for NCI technologies, as well as for those from Institutes served by TTC.
• Serve as liaison with individuals, committees, and organizations within and outside the Federal Government who are interested or involved in matters relating to technology transfer.
