Basic Information
- through the External Complaint Program, recipients
of EPA financial assistance comply with Federal non-discrimination requirements;
- through the Employment Complaints Resolution Staff,
all EPA employees and applicants for employment are afforded equal
employment and advancement opportunities without regard to race,
color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability, reprisal,
sexual orientation, or parental status; and
- through the Affirmative Employment and Diversity
Staff , barriers to employment and advancement opportunities for
women, minorities, and persons with disabilities are eliminated.
