Top Training and Technical Assistance
As an SS/HS grantee, you have access to two training and technical assistance providers supported by the SS/HS Federal partners. These providers offer services, training, and technical assistance in communications and programmatic areas.

Programmatic Training and Technical Assistance
The National Center for Mental Health Promotion and Youth Violence Prevention provides training and technical assistance in most areas in which SS/HS grantees work, including strategic planning, coalition building/partnership development, program assessment, evaluation, sustainability strategies and cultural competence. We do this by providing one-on-one consultation with experts in the field, by mentor sites, or by offering web-based resources. Visit our Web site (www.promoteprevent.org).

Communications Training and Technical Assistance
The SS/HS Communication & Social Marketing Center provides training and technical assistance in communications and social marketing to all SS/HS grantees. Our team of communications and marketing professionals help SS/HS grant sites promote their programs and services, plan and conduct social marketing campaigns, and use communications to support their ongoing sustainability efforts. Visit our Web page (Login required).
