    For NIH Only: JMP 10.0.2 maintenance release for Windows and Mac have been posted to the ISDP website. JMP 10.0.2 Updater and the Full Installer are available.   • New HHS SAS Agreement Finalized    (1/5/12)

    The new HHS SAS Agreement, with 59% discounts off of GSA pricing, was finalized! New license codes will be received by the end of next week and available on the ISDP website for NIH customers. There is a grace period and internal users have until January 30, 2012 to update the license codes.   • SAS Agreement Update    (12/22/11)

  • Interested in EMC Products?    (12/1/11)

    ISDP is working towards establishing hardware and software contracts to support the acquisition of EMC products. Pre-determined discounts have been negotiated with EMC, and ISDP is now looking for customers with EMC hardware or software requirements interested in acquiring products in the upcoming months.   • SAS Software Update    (11/8/11)

    • The third maintenance release (TS2M3) for SAS 9.2 is now available for all SAS customers. As with previous maintenance releases, all of the features and enhancements from previous updates for SAS 9.2 along with several product hot fixes are included in this latest release. Highlights from the third maintenance release include the ability to change the host names (including network domains) or server machines in your deployment, performance improvements in SAS/ACCESS software, the availability of SAS Scoring Accelerator for Netezza and the SAS/GRAPH ODS Graphics Designer. In addition to the introduction of Enterprise Guide 4.3, analytics users will also see new version releases of SAS/ETS, SAS/OR, and SAS/STAT.
    • Upon applying the maintenance release, the SAS Deployment Wizard will automatically update or apply fixes to all of the currently installed software in the SAS depot. One important change with this release however is the ability to once again configure and customize your SAS installation. With the release of SAS 9.2, users saw an increased Base SAS/SAS Foundation standard installation which included additional mandatory components not previously required. With SAS 9.2 TS2M3 the user once again has greater control over the individual installation and configuration.

    The Microsoft contract is currently being renegotiated and some of the items that were available through Software Assurance (SA) benefits, including the Home Use Program and E-Learning, are currently not available pending the resolution of the negotiations. More information will be forthcoming as the details of the new agreement are finalized.

  • AppleCare Hardware Service Update    (11/8/11)

    The AppleCare hardware service is now active. The ISDP team is working with Apple to identify a service activation date for the AppleCare OS support. Check back to the ISDP website for further details.

    Apple released Mac OS X Lion on July 20, 2011. This software will be available on the ISDP website as soon as the software has been received and tested.
