Learning Community

A Learning Community is defined as a group of like-minded people with a durable and ongoing commitment to cooperation and information sharing to achieve their individual goals. Within the CIHS, the PBHCI Learning Community comprises grantee organizations committed to improving specific health outcomes for the people they serve. CIHS provides the technical, clinical, social, and organizational supports designed to assist each grantee achieve their goals.
