| At the completion of each disclosure that is referred to an agency for investigation, the Office of Special Counsel sends a report to the President and Congress. Below are copies of these reports for each fiscal year. Each line in the chart represents one report and includes the letter to the President (Ltr to Pres), the investigative report from the agency to whom OSC referred the disclosure (Agency Rpt), and comments on that investigative report from the whistleblower or whistleblowers involved in the case, if the whistleblower chose to comment.
