Current Status
TEAS and TEASi Technical Problems Resolved
The USPTO is pleased to report that the technical difficulties with the TEAS & TEASi forms originally reported on February 6, 2013 have been resolved. Please contact the Trademark Electronic Application System mailbox at TEAS@uspto.gov if you experience any technical difficulties with the electronic forms.

PRPS Software Upgrade and EFOIA Software Upgrade
PRPS Software Upgrade
USPTO will upgrade the Patent Review Processing System (PRPS) software beginning at 12:01 a.m. EDT and ending at 5 a.m. on Saturday, February 16. PRPS will be unavailable during the upgrade period.
EFOIA Software Upgrade
USPTO will upgrade the Electronic Freedom of Information Act (EFOIA) software beginning at 7 a.m. EDT and ending at 1 p.m. EDT on Saturday, February 16. EFOIA will be unavailable during the upgrade.
