Programs

Since its inception in 1995, ABILITY Awareness has worked to address important issues facing people with disabilities or health conditions. In the same way ABILITY Magazine was created as a publication to effect change in employers’ attitudes toward people with disabilities, ABILITY Awareness created the ABILITY House program to be a very visual and tangible way to showcase people with disabilities as volunteers and employees, changing paradigms and altering attitudes.

Today, the ABILITY Build program and its key initiatives are the primary focus of ABILITY Awareness.
