2013 BAH Rates Announced

IRS Announces 2013 Mileage Rates for Tax Purposes
IRS announced new mileage rates for 2013 in IR-2012-95, Nov. 21, 2012. The rates are $0.565 for business (TDY and local) POC travel and $.024 for medical and moving (PCS) POC travel. The rates are not official for Government travelers until GSA adopts them. GSA has not advised when those rates will be published or effective.
