The FMCS Institute offers skills training and education in conflict�resolution and management. The training is specifically designed to meet the challenges of labor-management relations and organizational change.

The FMCS Institute for Conflict Management delivers conflict resolution training that’s accessible, practical, experience-based and directed towards individuals and small groups of employees and managers.
The Institute’s training programs provide participants the opportunity to interact with and learn from experienced practitioners who use these skills every day. Federal mediators and private-sector arbitrators comprise the Institute faculty.
