Wallet Cards can be downloaded (six cards per page-two sides) or ordered in packets of 100 each. The cards contain bulleted information on five key CERC principles; Build Trust and Credibility, Top Tips, As a Spokesperson, Prepare to answer These Questions; and Stay on Message. Cards are available in English and/or Spanish.
