Please note that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Office of Justice Programs (OJP), has developed special conditions for federal grants involving information technology. Before grant funds are distributed, award recipients must first provide a brief description of their projects to the State Information Technology Point of Contact. Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA)
The Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) is a government-wide compendium of federal programs, projects, services, and activities that provide assistance or benefits to the American public. Some of the program information provided in the Catalog discusses methods of administering a program, the types of financial and non-financial assistance offered under a program, eligibility requirements, and application and award processes. Programs in the Catalog provide a wide range of benefits and services, which have been grouped into 20 basic functional categories and 176 subcategories that identify specific areas of interest.
