Building A Training Course

Training can be deployed to audiences in a number of ways. Instructor-led format enables interaction between the instructor and student. Consistent with the evolution of technology, videos and cd-roms offer a medium by which training courses can be viewed at your television or desktop. More recently, with the expanse of the Internet and an expanding global workforce, web-based training (WBT) has become a popular mode of training deployment. While each deployment method offers its own advantages and disadvantages, more and more academia, commercial, and government training programs are offering a variety of learning formats. This new variety is commonly known as "blended learning."
