The Office of Construction & Facilities Management (CFM) provides design, major construction, and lease project management, design and construction standards, and historic preservation services and expertise for projects greater than $10,000,000 to the Department of Veterans Affairs.  Please see http://www.cfm.va.gov for more information.

The Department of Veterans Affairs wanted to solicit input and expertise from industry leaders in large scale healthcare Integrated Design Construct (IDc) or Construction Management at Risk (CM@R) contracts.  Architects, engineers, construction management firms, construction companies and related trade associations with this experience were invited to attend an Office of Construction and Facilities Management Industry Day Forum on June 20, 2011 in Washington, D.C.
