NACoA Advisory Board member, Jerry Moe, received the second annual Emerald Spirit Award at the Sober St. Patrick’s Day event Saturday, March 16, in NYC, in front of a sell-out crowd. A second Sober St. Patrick’s Day was held the next day in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
