Location

This meeting focused on the standardization andregulations for deep geological disposal. The main focus was the analysis of what  essential elements  would be necessary for the development of a  technically credible, workable, and publicly acceptable regulatory solution for deep geologic disposal. Additional exploration was pursued to explore the essential elements necessary  for a technically credible and publicly acceptable institutional system for regulating the safety of disposal.
