Scouting Programs

Give your scouting organization a unique experience by visiting the museum. The museum is a resource for leaders to teach citizenship, service, and other values-based programs.

The exhibits, collections, and archives provide an inspiring environment within which to demonstrate to scouts strong ethics, social conscience, and leadership.
Programs are offered and tailored to help scouts accomplish their goals. This can include their work towards badges, awards, pins, beads, petals, belt loops, patches, etc..

Let the museum staff help your scouts develop an interest project or service project.

100 Years of Girl Scouting:

The museum is proud to announce a special porgram celebrating the Girl Scouts. With a special exhibit and program, young women can learn about the history and heritage of Girl Scouts and how the institution promotes future leaders through education and community service. Contact the museum and ask about the special 75 minute program at 804-734-4327. Click here for the flyer.
