    The Fulbright Program provides opportunities for outstanding Turkmen graduates and mid career professionals to pursue studies in a two-year master’s degree program beginning in academic year 2014-2015. Applications are accepted in all disciplines and fields except medicine. Preference will be given to candidates who have not studied in the U.S.
