Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey

Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey 2011

The results of the OPM-sponsored survey provide a snapshot of the human capital environment in April and May 2011. Of the 117 eligible employees, the completion of 107 surveys represents a 91.5% participation rate -- the second highest participation rate among small independent agencies -- that exceeds by 10.6% the 2010 Agency participation rate and is almost double the government-wide 2011 rate of 49.3%.

Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey 2010

The results of the OPM-sponsored survey provide a snapshot of the human capital environment in February and March 2010. Of the 110 eligible employees, the completion of the 89 surveys represents an 80.9% participation rate that exceeds by 8% the 2008 Agency participation rate and the government-wide rate of 52% in 2010.
