About the Presenters
Neil Bonner works in the information technology field for the Transportation Security Administration. His focus is on mobile, rapid applications development, social media, and collaboration platforms. He manages a portfolio of applications that are internal and citizen-facing. In 2011, he was recognized as a “Federal 100 Award Winner” for his work with the “MyTSA” iPhone app.
Alexandra Figueroa is the deputy chief of the Web and Social Media Branch at the Census Bureau working on the Digital Transformation project. She also serves as the contract officer representative for outsourced services related to the redesign of census.gov, mobile app development, and interactive Web applications. Alexandra has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. She also has masters certificates in leadership and management and project management.
Anne Marie Sheppard is the division chief for the State Department's Sourcing Management Division, where she's been responsible for an ever-increasing portfolio of enterprise licensing, strategic sourcing, IT recruitment, and accessibility since March 2009. Anne Marie has been supporting diplomats overseas since 1985 with the U.S. Information Agency and then the State Department. She maintains CISSP and PMP certifications.
