Dear Customers and Mission Partners,

We are pleased to welcome our new Executive Director, Gregory L. Garcia, a member of the Senior Executive Service. Mr. Garcia is joining ITA from U.S. Forces-Iraq, U.S. Central Command, Baghdad, Iraq; where he served as Deputy Director, Strategic Communications (J9). He assumes his duties as ITA Executive Director on June 4, 2012.

Our new Executive Director brings an extensive background in Information Assurance, policy development, systems lifecycle management, and strategic communications. He will lead ITA in achieving the goals and objectives set out in our Strategic Plan and meet the evolving requirements and service needs of our customers and mission partners.

With new leadership, ITA continues its tradition of leading flexible, customer-centric IT modernization efforts for the Pentagon’s Enterprise Solutions. We remain focused on delivering enhanced, secure collaboration solutions throughout the Pentagon and NCR to support mission partnerships. Mr. Garcia’s vision and guidance will help ITA in its’ role to deliver an unparalleled customer experience to the Department of Defense.
