As part of the U.S Army Information Technology Agency (ITA), the Integrated Infrastructure
& Telecommunications Services provides and sustains integrated IT and telecommunications
products and services to the DoD community by anticipating, fulfilling and exceeding
customer needs while leveraging enterprise capabilities and DoD partnerships. I2TS's
diverse teams work collaboratively to assure efficient business support, engineering
and service design, customer support, and enterprise security. Together, I2TS's
services deliver cutting edge solutions to our customers. ITA/I2TS resides within
the Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army, and serves
all branches of the military.
Services
I2TS also offers a variety of telecommunications services and products including:
- Operating and maintaining the telecom network backbone (leased and government owned
switches)
- Acquiring cost-effective telecommunications services (e.g. smartphones, pagers,
etc.)
- Providing a suite of project and contract management offerings
- Performing customer telecommunications inventory audits
- Maintaining the DoD Directory
I2TS provides a wide range of network integration, management, and engineering services
including:
- Operating and maintaining the Pentagon Information Technology Backbone
- Monitoring and providing break-fixes for server downtime
- Providing Cable Television (CATV) services
