The Housing Office is located at Red Cloud Community One Stop building S-267 and Camp Casey at Maude Hall building S-2440 and is your point of contact for all housing related questions and concerns.
All of
us at the Housing Division Office would like to Welcome All new Personnel to USAG Camp Red Cloud
Our Mission: Provide assistance to Military and Department of
Defense (DOD) Civilian personnel and their families in locating quality living
accommodations for on/off post housing.
- Provide one-on-one counseling services from start to
finish.
Provide listings of Approved Realtors.
Assist with rental negotiations and review leases.
Assistance in resolving problems with utility connections, fees, deposits
and billings.
Provide mediation services between realtors/landlords interests and DOD
personnel for disputes associated with local housing.
Provide information on available government furnishings support for on/off
post housing.
Provide transportation, when possible and necessary, to inspect adequate
local community housing.
Provide Overseas Housing Allowance (OHA) & Living Quarters Allowance
(LQA entitlements.
Provide information on accommodations on Temporary Lodging.
Military and DOD Civilian personnel seeking on/off-post housing
must report to the Housing Services Office (HSO).
The Housing Services Office is located in both locations at Camp
Red Cloud Community One Stop, Building S-267 and Camp Casey at Maude Hall,
Building S-2440.
The Hours of Operation is
from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday - Friday at Camp Red Cloud / 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at
Camp Casey (Open during lunch hours) and closed on Korean National and U.S.
Holidays. The Off Post Housing Briefings is offered at both locations Camp Red
Cloud / Camp Casey, Monday - Thursday, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. / 1:30-2:30 p.m..
