Child Youth Services Educational Outreach Services
CLEOS is composed of two programs: Youth Education Support Services (YESS) and Outreach Services (OS). YESS has three program components, School Liaison Services (SLS), Youth Education Liaison Services (YELS) and Instructional Programs (IP). Outreach Services incorporates all functions formally known as Supplemental Programs and Services (SPS) and adds the School Liaison Officer (SLO) functions.
